1 – Amanat Office, Dubai
Amanat’s Offices, which are located in the Dubai World Trade Center, are a reflection of the business’s success in the field of investments. The project‘s design team and brief were focused on quality, elegance, and boldness while offering diverse investment ecosystems ranging from healthcare, education, and enabling platforms.

A warm lobby designed to highlight Amanat’s assertive image with a white marble floor and dark oak furniture makes up the executive area. The reception desk is a carved out monolithic marble block, the bench is constructed of thin Pietra Grey and Calacatta marble slabs, and the display of Amanat’s stats is on a specially made table with an interactive screen.
The operation area is where all of the investors, colleagues, and their staff are housed. People can work in these rooms since they are lighter in colour, brighter, and more motivating. Each office is equipped with the space necessary for the position that occupies it to succeed. White board presentations and one-on-one meetings are made possible by Executive Offices, and the coworkers offer a fun coworking environment that fits in well with the team’s dynamic.

2 – The Shadow Box, Dubai
The clients asked IAIA to design their Dubai penthouse in the most exciting, outrageous, and fun way possible. They adopted an innovative strategy for the project from the start by getting to know the clients personally, hearing their tales, and capturing the essence of their way of life.
The penthouse is situated in one of Dubai‘s most elite complexes of houses on a man-made island. The penthouse’s patio offers a sweeping panorama that encircles Dubai‘s skyline from sea to shore. The first thing IAIA did when they realised they had a long, continuous façade that was continually exposed to sunshine throughout the year was to play with the sunlight to generate different moods and settings. Brass-finished metal plates that glide along the glass allow for a fun interaction with the sun. Tree leaves that overlap and intersect each other served as the inspiration for the unique design that was shown on those panels.
This penthouse‘s furniture and craftsmanship were imported from all over the world, including the Asian artworks from North Korea and Japan, the volcanic basalt from Pompeii, the wooden side tables from Bali, and a variety of fabrics.
The complex culture of their clients had a significant impact on every design decision made for this project. They were motivated to break the mould and distance themselves from all design philosophies by the clients’ individual stories.

3 – Private Majlis, Dubai
For a well-known client, Idea Art Interior Architects produced this exclusive majlis. One of the first and rare modern-style mosques is this one.
As a result of the client’s desire, the designers‘ biggest problem was staying completely away from real wood and marble.
Another requirement was to incorporate blue throughout the design. IAIA skilfully translated the client’s desires, producing a modern interior that exudes a feeling of opulent royalty. Rich blue tones and gold on the furniture and accents contrast against a background that is largely white.
