The Knightsbridge Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Knightsbridge, and it sings a timeless tale of architectural elegance and artistic yearning.
The apartment’s blend of classic architectural characteristics and modern creature comforts, which find their rhythm between current technology and forward-thinking design, is inspired by the client’s artistic pursuits. The chromatic harmony of the room was created by balancing the tension of British artist Peter Kinley’s work with the vibrant accents of colorful textiles and materials that sprout throughout the house. The goal was to fully occupy the space with material vibrancy and art.
This composure is then paired with complementary neutral tones created by bleaching the room’s original timber base features, giving the space a luminous complexion that perfectly captures the beauty of the creative process.
