Faulkner was one of the first interior design firms to use REVIT software in the design process in 2007. They produce and represent concepts using extremely detailed construction drawings and 3-D renderings using this technology. This enables its clients to envision their projects long before building begins. Their modeling skills work in tandem with the architect and contractor to reduce revisions and save time and money.

The master design calls for a 60% decrease in the parking garage while still meeting all parking needs for this residential structure and the adjacent buildings (totaling 2.3 million SF of development) and keeping 400+ commercial spots via a forward-thinking shared-parking scheme.
