Botanika Nature Residences
MIAJA was assigned to design a show unit that captured a nature-inspired theme that presented an eco-friendly yet high-end living space. This project also features original furniture pieces that were conceptualized and created by MIAJA itself!
‘East Coast Style’ – A New York State of Mind
The East Coast has a reputation for elegance and sophistication. Homes here tend to be older, so naturally, they have a more traditional look and feel. To match that vibe, patterns are on the formal side, colours are monochromatic and stripes are classic and chic.
‘Gen-Z Effect’ – Modern Grunge Loft
For this design, they set their sights on Hong Kong. In this modern grunge loft, they wanted to show the striking colours and possibilities that art can create in spaces. In a city like Hong Kong, where there are stark contrasts between modern architecture.

Set over 2.5 hectares of prime land, Goodwood residence shares a 150-meter boundary with the expansive Goodwood Hill.
