The Art Of Building Exquisite Homes By Moniomi Design
Moniomi had the chance to create a particular interior that was exclusive to this house because of the history of this area. This 1920s-era skyscraper, now known as the 100 Barclay, was created by architect Ralph Walker as a glimpse into the future of architecture.
Moniomi combined the geometric designs and vivid hues of the American Art Deco era with the contemporary textiles and materials of our day to preserve its history. They combined unusual finds with pre-existing ancestral furniture, bringing the two together with complementary colors and textures to provide a timeless look.
THE ANGLER’S LANDING
This new building, which overlooks the stunning Florida Gulf Coast, faced the difficulty of blending in with its surroundings without losing its position as a judge of taste and fashion. Moniomi combined a contemporary application with the idea of a coastal beach house to create the opulent yet laid-back atmosphere the customer wanted.
They used natural materials with stunning colorations to make this home distinctive while maintaining the organic feeling of being near to nature. The AGATHA RUG would be a nice addition to this hallway with its gorgeous design inspired by gemstones.
This home interior exudes sunny vibes which is perfect for a summer vacation holiday residence. It also has a lovely view to the outside to appreciate the natural landscape.
This house was originally intended to be flipped, but after Moniomi got involved, she entirely changed it into a Fabulous Forever Home. The idea was to add patterns, textures, textiles, and specially made furniture to give the already existent Deco Eclectic vibe a modern twist.
This house was meticulously renovated, and the fine touches elevated each room. With an artistic touch, the rug and center tables create a unique interior design. The lighting is also a beautiful addition to this interior design.
For each place, Moniomi carefully plans and chooses all the components. To create a stylish and coherent home design, every aspect is taken into account.
