A small addition pops up from the second floor, which gives the house a <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>unique profile<\/strong><\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<a Together the architect, clients, and contractor\u00a0updated the materials and used modern technology to solve the waterproofing issues that had frustrated previous residents and so damaged the house. The original roof was uncovered and the flow was reorganized to take advantage of the view and access to the outdoors.
