Situated high upon the Atlantic Coasts, the Hotel in Bata downtown offers exceptional views on the Atlantic Ocean from the tallest Building in Bata City.\u00a0 Inspired By The Look<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The project is situated in the center of Muscat, in the area of Shatti Al Qurum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Project consists on the renovation of 4 Seaside Villas and Spa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The complex consists in a whole project that was designed in a resolutely contemporary style. Inspired By The Look<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n A challenging project, where the mission was to create an Idenitcal Replica of Al Hambra Palace and Fortress complex of Granada, Andalusia, Spain. Xavier Cartron had the privilege to be part of this prestigious project\u2019s development where the Agency was commissioned to Design and Supervise the Construction of more than 20,000 m\u00b2 of VIP and Official Areas within the Palace Complex. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n A challenging project that will never be repeated. The target was to create an Idenitcal Replica of Al Hambra Palace and Fortress complex of Granada, Andalusia, Spain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The project is situated in the middle of Riyadh City adjoining the \u201cKing Abdulaziz\u201d International Conference Centre with abuilt-up area exceeding 213,000 m\u00b2.\u00a0<\/sup> The project is situated at the \u2018Route du col de la Faucille\u2019 with a built-up area exceeding 2,500 m2. Inspired by the Look<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The project is situated in the heart of Arcachon. Arcachon is a seaside resort town in southwest France with a heavenly atmosphere and spirit. Xavier Cartron Agency scope was the Rehabilitation of the Thalassotherapy that will become a 4* facility for GROUPE BOISSEE FINANCES \u2013 ACCOR. The theme of the Interior Design is ispired from the sea resort atmosphere. Xavier Cartron was commissioned to Design and Supervise the Construction of more than 44,000 m\u00b2 of Hotel and Apartments Areas within the Project Complex. On a multi-hectare site located on the edge of the Red Sea and few kilometers from Tabuk in KSA.
Xavier Cartron Agency has been selected to design all the parts of this royal project representing a total area of about 6,340 m\u00b2.\u00a0Resort in a contemporary and refined Moroccan spirit.\u00a0<\/em>
The Zellige enhanced the marbles with light shades and the carved gypsum in the purest Moroccan tradition.
