AB Concept was founded in 1999 by Ed Ng and Terence Ngan, and it is an international interior design and architecture studio focused on creating moments that matter in luxury environments across the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Homantin Hillside Penthouse
Sitting on the edge of Homantin Hills, this penthouse welcomes views from the neighbouring mountain and distant harbour. The artisanal features of this three-level penthouse, each with a unique patio spread across the same premises, makes it a villa in the sky, benefiting from the soothing pleasures of indoor living with solid outdoor foundations.
La Corniche Villa
Located on the Côte d’Azur, the three-story villa complements the natural surroundings. It was designed to accentuate and complement the natural surroundings whilst the interiors present a space that remains true to the studio’s principal design philosophy.
Kau To Shan
The inspiration for this three-level penthouse derives from the story of a couple that admires Middle Eastern culture, calligraphy and aesthetics. The penthouse combines understated luxury with serenity, subtlety and comfort, to create a modern and elegant living experience.
Laguna Baycourt Club
Guests are encouraged to indulge in the coastal scenic views, from all corners of the property, ranging from the reception areas to the comforts of one’s own space, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
This AB Concept project has space that tantalizes guests into discovering layers of profound sensory experiences, exposing guests to unexpected surprises within secret alcoves.
East Kitchen – Rosewood Sanya
Soft shades of grey, blue and orange make up the East Kitchen all-day dining restaurant, where guests are treated to panoramic views of the sea during their delicious Southeast Asian meal.
Tria Spa – MGM Cotai Hotel
The inspiration for this design derives from an elegant Portuguese dame adopting Macau as her new home, introducing to her new peers her Portuguese heritage and sharing her secret rejuvenating potions.
The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Guangzhou
The challenge of this project was the transformation of the banquet area into a new space spread across three levels to convey a sense of culture and celebration. Elements of the circular ivory artwork, influenced by historic elements from ancient China, serve as the overall theme.
Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu
Qufu is the home town of China’s best-known philosopher, Confucius. Optimizing the natural light and surrounding greenery, floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer guests all-encompassing views of Qufu’s landscape, where traditional Confucian motifs and recurring Chinese symbols pay tribute to the auspicious location.
The Fishmonger – Rosewood Sanya
The resort’s destination fish restaurant The Fishmonger offers guests an authentic experience of dining in a traditional fish market with reclaimed wood panels and exposed pipes throughout.
