This house was originally intended to be flipped, but after Moniomi got involved, she entirely changed it into a Fabulous Forever Home. The idea was to add patterns, textures, textiles, and specially made furniture to give the already existent Deco Eclectic vibe a modern twist. This house was meticulously renovated, and the fine touches elevated each room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moniomi had the chance to create a particular interior that was exclusive to this house because of the history of this area. This 1920s-era skyscraper, now known as the 100 Barclay, was created by architect Ralph Walker as a glimpse into the future of architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
