A full refurbishment was undertaken at this family townhouse in Barnes with the brief of modernising the property to be in keeping with the family\u2019s lifestyle. The master suite was spatially redesigned to create an ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complete interior design service was undertaken of this new-build townhouse for their International client. Creating a link with the client\u2019s Iranian heritage was followed through with the use of elegant colours, texture and luxurious finishes and fabrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst maintaining its Georgian integrity, the house was architecturally re-structured externally and internally to create a chic contemporary classic living. Rooms were remodelled to maximize their breath-taking views of the garden and create open plan living within the Kitchen as well as a double-aspect Drawing Room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set within Wimbledon village, was given the brief to design a luxurious show home within a prestigious building which once was the Atkinson Morley Hospital. It was surely a privilege to work with such a characterful historic building and they knew from the outset, that they wanted the designs to enhance the features. The neutral undertones of the finishes and fabrics created a serene and calm environment within the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A stone\u2019s throw away from the beautiful Richmond Park is the character development of Richmond Chase. The colours and textures of the renowned park were the inspiration behind the show home. The mixture of finishes and colours within the open plan kitchen\/dining\/living along with bespoke upholstery, rugs, and accessories created a sumptuous and contemporary home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When they were approached by Berkeley Homes for this project, they were instantly drawn to its desirable location. Having been previously occupied by the Barnes Police Station many years ago, the properties had been built in the style of the many townhouses in the surrounding area, giving the seven newly built houses wonderful character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
