The plan is to renovate an attic in Catalua\u2019s central Plaza de Catalunya. The goal was to convert the old office space into a weekend flat with all the amenities and services of a high-end hotel: a well-thought-out and functional project with preferably enclosed storage spaces and highly comfortable and sophisticated space with all the latest technological advances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interior refurbishment of a flat in Barcelona\u2019s Ciutat Vella neighbourhood. The proposal entails a complete redistribution of the existing, tightly compartmentalized house, with a massive metal beam replacing the primary supporting wall.
