Ardmore II was a residential renovation in Singapore. The client wanted a sophisticated gallery-like style that oozed luxury. The style was to be formal and elegant with each area having its focal point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Luxurious Rugs Inspiration \u2013 Bussorah Street<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bussorah Street is the Elliot James Singapore head Quarters. Turning the upper floor of a shophouse into a design Studio, the Elliot James team designed an open-plan space to encourage open communication and to give a more informal atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Luxurious Rugs Inspiration \u2013 Cove Grove<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\"Luxurious<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Elliot James was tasked with transforming a residential property into a commercial headquarters to be used for work, entertainment, short-term accommodation for overseas staff, and board meetings.
This was a very unprecedented brief as the property had interesting spaces with a pool-facing basement with glass on three sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Luxurious Rugs Inspiration \u2013 Cuscaden Two<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Elliot James was awarded two identical units to design and renovate, one floor above the other. For Cuscaden Two the client wanted the apartment to be rich, opulent with a mature sense of style. A space that would provide for his family when relaxing but allow for larger gatherings with zonal seating areas for watching TV, conversation, and dining whilst retaining a rich and warm atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Jervois Mansions, the brief was to take an older walk-up condominium with an internal floor space of 2,700 sqft and create a fresh modern look that can sit comfortably within the older features of the space. Using simple tones and clean lines against a white background the modern furniture stands out with strong form and contrasting use of materials and fabrics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for a business executive based in Singapore, Elliot James was tasked with furnishing and dressing this open plan apartment on the 33rd floor overlooking the Keppel Bay Marina and the Singapore straits.
The client wanted a masculine, modern, minimalistic style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this private residential renovation, Elliot James was tasked with taking the unit back to brick. Using the most luxurious of materials from brass, marble, crystal, and velvets, Elliot James created a home that is refined, elegant, calm, and incredibly opulent at the same time. Also, Elliot James worked with Swarovski to create a truly unique lighting installation inspired by rainfall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This interior design brief was for a luxury Hedge Fund office space in Singapore. They were required to create a stylish, comfortable office that offered a variety of different break-out areas where staff could remove themselves from the intensity and immediate stress, even if only momentarily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
